If you’ve ever tried to source stones online under pressure, we want to know what would’ve made it easier. We’d rather build this right than build it fast.

Clear photos that show off facet junctions, accurate proportions and inclusions if any. Easy to understand pricing. I do not like having to do per carat prices and doing math to know what a per stone cost is. Video of the stone in tweezers and on a hand for scale and real world shine. Videos help show off proportions, i hate to see a stone from top down to then get it in person to see it has a HUGE pavilion to hide weight. Stock availability helps a lot to find consistent pieces that are good for recordability. A modern looking website with easy tabs and easy scrolling.
