We Love Her, Truly… Still.

A 41.82-carat blue diamond from the Cullinan Mine has made headlines again
She’s rare. She’s beautiful. She’s doing exactly what she’s supposed to do. We love her; Truly.
But, we’ve said this before, and we’ll say it again...Blue has been here.
While the industry pauses for a moment (again), icy blue gemstones have been showing up the whole time. No announcement. No dramatic reveal. Just doing the work.
So while we admire the diamond, here’s what we’re actually seeing move:

Blue Zircon
That sharp, electric sparkle that hits immediately. Bright, crisp, and never trying too hard.
Aquamarine
Clean, open blue. Easy to work with. Sits in a design exactly how you want it to.
Montana Sapphire
Blue, green, somewhere in between. More about palette than perfection, and one of the easiest stones to build around.
Different blues. Different personalities. All of them are actually getting used.
These are the stones that set well.
That repeats.
That shows up again when you need them.
We’ll keep watching the diamond. We want to see how it’s cut, where it lands, all of it. But in the meantime, we’re still working in blue!
